Overview:
Water-based epoxy resin dispersion S-541 is a universal water-based epoxy emulsion product. It features excellent shear stability, abrasion resistance, quick drying time, outstanding initial water resistance, and salt spray resistance.

* Excellent early performance establishment, such as early water resistance performance, etc.
Scope of Application:
*Quick-drying primer system, providing rapid surface drying and full drying speed
*Used in combination with universal water-soluble amine-cured or emulsion-type curing agents, it is suitable for anti-corrosion primers, intermediate coatings, floor paints, etc.

The early performance is related to the selection of the curing agent, and there may be differences depending on the type combination.
Recommendation for use:
* Add resin emulsion after water grinding to prepare the finished paint
* Partial or all of the resin emulsion and pigment/filler are rapidly dispersed or ground to the required fineness
After adding the curing agent, stir for at least 10 minutes or more to ensure uniform and stable dispersion
Storage and Packaging:
* The original barrel is sealed. It is recommended to store it in a dark place in a cool and dry area at a temperature range of 10 – 40℃.
* After opening the original packaging, avoid allowing the emulsion to come into prolonged contact with the air to prevent any deterioration of product quality.
* This product is not a hazardous chemical. It is transported in accordance with the regulations for environmentally friendly chemical non-hazardous products.
* From the manufacturing date, this product has a validity period of 9 months. If it has expired, please retest before use.
* Original barrel packaging: 200kg per barrel (chemical barrel), 1T per barrel (IBC ton barrel)

Regarding samples: They are free. You only need to pay for the shipping cost. For custom samples, we can design them according to your information and requirements. The production time of the samples is approximately 3 to 5 days.
Question 6: What is your payment method?
You can use methods such as TT/PAYPAL. For small transactions below $1000, we prefer 100% advance payment. For larger transactions, we require a 80% deposit to be paid before shipment.
Question 8: How can we pick up the goods from your factory?
You can choose air freight or sea freight. If the quantity is small (total packaging volume is less than 1 cubic meter), we recommend air freight, which takes approximately 5 to 7 days. If the quantity is large, we recommend sea freight. It takes approximately 20 to 30 days. If you have your own freight agent to handle the transportation, it will be more convenient. If not, we have professional freight agents who can provide assistance for you.
