Characteristics and Benefits:

Polymeric carbodiimide curing agent RG-3302. It can react with the carboxyl groups in water-based resins, resulting in cross-linking, significantly enhancing the internal cohesion strength, hydrolysis resistance, and temperature resistance of the resin. When added to water-based coatings, it reacts slowly at room temperature, ensuring a certain opening period for the water-based coatings. When the coatings are processed onto the substrate and dried, the temperature rises, and this product can quickly react with the carboxyl groups in the resin to form cross-links.

Product advantages:

Usage method:

  1. It is recommended to add according to performance requirements, generally 1-5%; add while stirring:
  2. For resin systems without solvents and those with relatively low viscosity, it is recommended to add while high-speed stirring, or dilute with solvents such as PMA, BCS first before adding:
  3. If the temperature is low, the viscosity of this product will increase. It is recommended to heat it to above 15℃ before using or dilute with solvents before using.

Storage:

Store at room temperature, protected from light and heat. It can be stored for more than 6 months in the original sealed packaging.

You can use methods such as TT/PAYPAL. For small transactions below $1000, we prefer 100% advance payment. For larger transactions, we require a 80% deposit to be paid before shipment.
Question 8: How can we pick up the goods from your factory?
You can choose air freight or sea freight. If the quantity is small (total packaging volume is less than 1 cubic meter), we recommend air freight, which takes approximately 5 to 7 days. If the quantity is large, we recommend sea freight. It takes approximately 20 to 30 days. If you have your own freight agent to handle the transportation, it will be more convenient. If not, we have professional freight agents who can provide assistance for you.
