Overview:<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n

Special styrene-acrylic emulsion S-504 is a water-based anionic emulsified special styrene-acrylic copolymer emulsion. It has fine particle size and does not contain film-forming additives, solvents or plasticizers. It is a special emulsion specially developed by our company for water-based special coatings and adhesives.<\/p>\n

Recommendation for use:<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n

* This emulsion can be used for impregnation and coating of textiles and fiber products, special coatings, interface agents, etc., with strong hand feel.<\/p>\n

* This product is also designed for special adhesive coatings in electronics.<\/p>\n

* This product has self-crosslinking groups, but no formaldehyde release. It can achieve excellent application performance without the need for additional crosslinking agents. Based on self-crosslinking action, S-504 also provides excellent adhesion to substrates such as glass, aluminum plates, phenolic resin plates, and stainless steel plates.<\/p>\n

Storage and Packaging:<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n

* The original barrel is sealed. It is recommended to store it in a dark place in a cool and dry area at a temperature range of 5 – 30\u2103.<\/p>\n

* This emulsion contains preservatives, which can prevent microbial invasion during transportation. To prevent microbial growth during storage, strict environmental hygiene in the factory should be maintained. In some special cases, appropriate preservatives should be added. Ensure that the storage container is originally sealed. During the processing, storage, and transportation of this product, it should not come into contact with uncoated metal (and non-ferrous metals).<\/p>\n

* This product is not a hazardous chemical. It is transported in accordance with the regulations for non-hazardous chemical products in environmental protection and chemical industry.<\/p>\n

* From the manufacturing date, the sealed storage period of this product is 9 months. If it has exceeded the expiration date, please retest before use.<\/p>\n

* Packaging: 1000kg\/ barrel (IBC packaging)<\/p>\n
