Overview:
S-506 Waterproof and Oil-Resistant Coating is a water-based emulsion based on a food-grade polymer system. It is mainly used for waterproof and oil-resistant primer treatment of paper products such as paper knives, forks, spoons, and paper lunch boxes. It is suitable for spraying and dipping coating processes.

* Strong penetration ability, excellent waterproof and oil-proof performance
* Strong adhesion on various substrates, non-toxic and odorless
* Complies with food contact-related standards such as GB4806, GB9685, and US FDA CFR21.175.30

Usage Notes:
* Do not mix with other products.
* Avoid pouring the remaining liquid back into the bottle.
* Follow the first-in-first-out principle when using.
Storage and Packaging:
* The original barrel is sealed. It is recommended to store it in a dark place in a cool and dry area at a temperature range of 15 – 30℃, with a relative humidity of 50 ± 10%.
* After opening the original packaging, avoid prolonged contact with the air. The container should be tightly closed after use.
* This product is not a hazardous chemical. It is transported in accordance with the regulations for environmentally friendly chemical products and non-hazardous chemicals.
* From the manufacturing date, the validity period of this product is 9 months. If it has expired, please retest before use.
* Packaging: 50kg per barrel (PE barrel); 1000kg per barrel (IBC packaging)

Regarding samples: They are free. You only need to pay for the shipping cost. For custom samples, we can design them according to your information and requirements. The production time of the samples is approximately 3 to 5 days.
Question 6: What is your payment method?
You can use methods such as TT/PAYPAL. For small transactions below $1000, we prefer 100% advance payment. For larger transactions, we require a 80% deposit to be paid before shipment.
Question 8: How can we pick up the goods from your factory?
You can choose air freight or sea freight. If the quantity is small (total packaging volume is less than 1 cubic meter), we recommend air freight, which takes approximately 5 to 7 days. If the quantity is large, we recommend sea freight. It takes approximately 20 to 30 days. If you have your own freight agent to handle the transportation, it will be more convenient. If not, we have professional freight agents who can provide assistance for you.
