Overview:
S-520 is a water-based anionic carboxylated styrene-butadiene modified emulsion developed by our company. It is mainly recommended for use in adhesive and special coating fields with special requirements such as thick coating and difficult-to-bond substrates.

* Forms a transparent, tight, odorless film when the temperature is above 12℃

Recommendation for use:
* It can be used alone or in combination with casein as a coating for stainless steel, aluminum and zinc metal surfaces.
* For some special applications, it can also be used in the two-component D4 woodworking adhesive.

Storage and Packaging:
* The original barrel is sealed. It is recommended to store it in a dark place in a cool and dry area at a temperature range of 15–35℃.
* After opening the original packaging, avoid prolonged contact with air to prevent any impact on product quality.
* This product is not a hazardous chemical. It is transported in accordance with the regulations for environmentally friendly chemical products and non-hazardous chemicals.
* From the manufacturing date, this product is valid for 9 months. If it has expired, please retest before use.
* Packaging: 1000kg per barrel (IBC packaging)

Regarding samples: They are free. You only need to pay for the shipping cost. For custom samples, we can design them according to your information and requirements. The production time of the samples is approximately 3 to 5 days.
Question 6: What is your payment method?
You can use methods such as TT/PAYPAL. For small transactions below $1000, we prefer 100% advance payment. For larger transactions, we require a 80% deposit to be paid before shipment.
Question 8: How can we pick up the goods from your factory?
You can choose air freight or sea freight. If the quantity is small (total packaging volume is less than 1 cubic meter), we recommend air freight, which takes approximately 5 to 7 days. If the quantity is large, we recommend sea freight. It takes approximately 20 to 30 days. If you have your own freight agent to handle the transportation, it will be more convenient. If not, we have professional freight agents who can provide assistance for you.
