Water-based acrylic emulsion S-501

Overview:

S-501 is a high-solid content, environmentally friendly emulsion obtained by hybridization of water-based acrylic. It features strong adhesion, good flexibility, and excellent water resistance. It is mainly used for primers, bonding of flexible material products, adhesives, moisture-proof membranes, special coatings, and sealants (adhesives).

Characteristics:

* Excellent adhesion, flexibility, elasticity, and film waterproofing properties

* After drying, it can form a flexible and elastic polymer film with high water resistance

* Can be compounded with other additives and fillers to prepare special coatings

* Environmentally friendly, non-toxic, low odor, and in line with environmental protection usage standards

Recommendation for use:

* In the formulations of tube-type sealants, caulking compounds and flexible fillers

* Waterproof membranes, special coatings and sealants

* Primer, topcoat, printing and other treatments for various material surfaces

* In formulations that require the performance of this product and have been tested

Storage and Packaging:

* The original barrel is sealed. It is recommended to store it in a dark place in a cool and dry area at a temperature range of 5–35℃.

* This emulsion contains preservatives, which can prevent microbial invasion during transportation. To prevent microbial growth during storage, strict environmental hygiene in the factory should be maintained. In some special cases, appropriate preservatives should be added. Ensure that the storage container is originally sealed. During the processing, storage, and transportation of this product, it should not come into contact with uncoated metal (and non-ferrous metals).

* This product is not a hazardous chemical. It is transported in accordance with the regulations for non-hazardous chemical products in environmental protection and chemical industry.

* From the manufacturing date, the sealed storage validity period of this product is 12 months. If it has exceeded the expiration date, please retest before use.

* Packaging: 1000kg per barrel (IBC packaging)
