Overview:<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n

Water-based hybrid acrylic emulsion S-502 is a water-based anionic emulsified special styrene-acrylic copolymer emulsion. It has fine particle size, does not contain film-forming additives, solvents or plasticizers. It can be added to pigments and fillers for grinding. It is a special emulsion specially developed by our company for water-based special coatings.<\/p>\n

Characteristic:<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n

* The emulsion itself is a transparent coating with excellent re-coatability, grindability and adhesion.<\/p>\n

* It has good surface hardness (1H) and anti-re-adhesion properties. It exhibits excellent water resistance within a short period after application.<\/p>\n

* This product can be used as a special bonding material for anti-corrosion coatings. It is also suitable for the primer and topcoat of anti-corrosion coatings, as well as a single-layer anti-corrosion coating. The resulting coating has excellent adhesion to degreased metals (iron, steel, aluminum, zinc), phosphated or lead-coated steel plates.<\/p>\n

* It can also be used for special coatings on plastic paints and metal substrates, etc.<\/p>\n

The above values are based on the physical properties measured in multiple laboratory tests and are not regarded as the shipping standards for the factory-produced products.<\/p>\n

Recommendations for use:<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n

* To adjust rheological properties, inorganic thickeners can be used, as well as thickeners of types such as polyacrylate, polyurethane, and polyvinylpyrrolidone.<\/p>\n

* Other water-based resins (such as alkyd\/epoxy resins, water solvents, etc.) can be added according to performance requirements to achieve better coating properties.<\/p>\n

* During use, the pH value should be adjusted to above 8.5, and the temperature should not exceed 50\u2103. This product is compatible with common pigments, fillers, and anti-corrosion active pigments.<\/p>\n

Storage and Packaging:<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n

* The original barrel is sealed. It is recommended to store it in a dark place in a cool and dry area at a temperature range of 5 – 35\u2103.<\/p>\n

* This emulsion contains preservatives, which can prevent microbial invasion during transportation. To prevent the growth of microorganisms during storage, strict environmental hygiene in the factory should be maintained. In some special cases, appropriate preservatives should be added. During the processing, storage and transportation of this product, it should not come into contact with uncoated metal (and non-ferrous metals).<\/p>\n

* This emulsion uses only water as the solvent. Using an appropriate flocculant can remove S-502 from the water body and treat the separated solids in accordance with the law.<\/p>\n

* This emulsion does not require a special label and is not applicable to the mandatory hazardous materials transportation law. It can be transported as a general item.<\/p>\n

* From the date of manufacture, this product should be stored in an airtight condition for a validity period of 12 months. If it has expired, please retest before use.<\/p>\n
