Water-resistant adhesive latex solution S-526 is a modified self-crosslinked acrylic emulsion synthesized through special processes. It is mainly used for decorative materials and labels that have certain requirements for water resistance, such as indoor bathroom window stickers, outdoor advertising stickers, car stickers, and various water-resistant film labels.<\/p>\n

*Does not contain unreacted double bonds, has good aging resistance, and also has good resistance to various PVC plasticizers<\/p>\n

*It has a certain degree of removability and is not easy to contaminate the adhered surface. It can also be added with appropriate crosslinking agents to achieve better removability<\/p>\n

*Strong water resistance, no whitening after soaking in normal water for 1 day (apply 20 \u03bc directly on transparent BOPP or PET, dry at 105 \u2103 for 5 minutes, soak in normal temperature water; Even in boiling water, it will not whiten for 5-10 minutes<\/p>\n

Usage Notes:<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n

* If a crosslinking agent is to be added, please be mindful of the selection criteria for the applicable period and the addition of various additives. As there are numerous materials, it is recommended to verify their suitability (including adhesion, wetting properties, etc.) on different materials before using the machine. The glue with the added crosslinking agent should be used up within 4-8 hours.<\/p>\n

* The coated product should be left at room temperature for 1-2 weeks or aged at 50\u2103 for 1-2 days. When the glue has fully wet the substrate, the peelability and water resistance performance will be at their best.<\/p>\n

Storage and Packaging:<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n

* The original barrel is sealed. It is recommended to store it in a dark place in a cool and dry area at a temperature range of 5 – 35\u2103.<\/p>\n

* This product is not a hazardous chemical. It is transported in accordance with the regulations for non-hazardous chemical products in environmental protection and chemical industry.<\/p>\n

* From the manufacturing date, the sealed storage period of this product is 9 months. If it has exceeded the expiration date, please retest before use.<\/p>\n

* Packaging: 1000kg per barrel (IBC packaging)<\/p>\n
