Overview:

Special synthetic emulsion S-508 synthetic emulsion is a water-based hybrid acrylic emulsion containing special functional monomers, which has strong resistance to hydrolysis. This emulsion contains antioxidants and defoamers and is highly effective in the cementitious material system based on water. The emulsion does not contain APEO.

Characteristic:

* When combined with hard-setting cementitious materials, the finished product possesses extremely high compressive and flexural strength

* Compatible with most water-hardening cementitious materials

* Free of plasticizers and other additives that may migrate out

Recommendation:

* Recommended for the modification of hydraulic cementitious materials

* During storage, there may be a slight phase separation phenomenon, which does not affect the product performance. It is recommended to mix thoroughly before use

Storage and Packaging:

* The original barrel is sealed. It is recommended to store it in a dark place in a cool and dry area at a temperature range of 15 – 35℃.

* After opening the original packaging, please use it promptly to avoid prolonged contact with air, which may affect product quality.

* This product is not a hazardous chemical. It is transported in accordance with the regulations for non-hazardous chemical products in environmental protection.

* The validity period of this product is 12 months from the manufacturing date. If it has expired, please retest before use.

* Since the foam formed due to phase separation cannot be avoided, it is recommended to stir the latex before use. For detailed information, please consult our sales department.
