RG-6102 is a hydrophilic modified isocyanate curing agent, suitable for water-based two-component polyurethane systems.(Water-based two-component polyurethane curing agent RG-6102) It features high functionality, low viscosity, easy dispersion, and a long curing time. When combined with water-based polyurethane resins or water-based acrylic resins, it can significantly enhance the bonding strength, heat resistance, and hydrolytic resistance of bonded products, and is applicable in various fields such as printing, leather finishing, automotive interior adhesives, shoe adhesives, and plastic absorbents.

Recommended dosage:
The recommended addition amount is 3.0-5.0%, to be used within 8 hours at 25℃.
Storage:
Please store in a dark, cool, and dry place. The storage temperature should be between 5-35℃. Keep the packaging intact and this product has a shelf life of 12 months from the production date. After the expiration date, it is recommended to perform a performance assessment before use. This product requires strict protection to avoid frost. Water-soluble isocyanate curing agents are very sensitive to moisture and react with water to produce carbon dioxide and urea. The carbon dioxide gas can cause the container pressure to rise, resulting in danger. The container must be stored sealed to prevent any moisture from entering the container. After opening the package, it is recommended to use it up as soon as possible.

You can choose air freight or sea freight. If the quantity is small (total packaging volume is less than 1 cubic meter), we recommend air freight, which takes approximately 5 to 7 days. If the quantity is large, we recommend sea freight. It takes approximately 20 to 30 days. If you have your own freight agent to handle the transportation, it will be more convenient.
