Characteristics and Advantages:

Waterborne polyurethane resin dispersion RS-T1992,The water-based ethylene acrylic acid copolymer is a thermoplastic polymer with extremely high adhesive properties. Due to the presence of carboxyl groups and hydrogen bonds, the crystallinity of the polymer is suppressed, and the linear structure of the main chain is disrupted. As a result, the transparency and toughness of EAA are enhanced, while the melting point and softening point are reduced.

Application suggestions:

  1. On paper or aluminum foil and other substrates, it can replace PE laminating film as a waterproof and anti-seepage treatment product for paper. It has excellent anti-seepage effect, high brightness, and good mechanical stability and aging resistance.
  2. As a binder for water-based inks, it can enhance gloss and absorbency, has excellent washability and pigment usability, and can be used for thermal transfer printing.
  3. PET/BOPP films have good adhesion. Under long-term high-temperature conditions, the viscosity and stability of the emulsion remain good, and it can replace current fluorine-based anti-oil agents, PE laminating films, and wax-based anti-oil agents.

Usage suggestions:

Do not mix with other adhesives of different properties.

Storage:

This product should be stored at 5-30 degrees Celsius. Avoid freezing, high temperature, and direct sunlight exposure. It can be stored for 12 months.

You can use methods such as TT/PAYPAL. For small transactions below $1000, we prefer 100% advance payment. For larger transactions, we require a 80% deposit to be paid before shipment.
Question 8: How can we pick up the goods from your factory?
You can choose air freight or sea freight. If the quantity is small (total packaging volume is less than 1 cubic meter), we recommend air freight, which takes approximately 5 to 7 days. If the quantity is large, we recommend sea freight. It takes approximately 20 to 30 days. If you have your own freight agent to handle the transportation, it will be more convenient. If not, we have professional freight agents who can provide assistance for you.
