The product is packaged in a sealed container. The storage temperature is recommended to be within the range of 0~40℃. It should be stored in a cool place, a
way from the sun and rain, and away from fire. The shelf life of this product is 6 months from the date of production. Frost should be avoided when the temper
ature is below 0℃ in winter. Please conduct necessary tests before use.

Regarding samples: They are free. You only need to pay for the shipping cost. For custom samples, we can design them according to your information and requirements. The production time of the samples is approximately 3 to 5 days.
What is your payment method?
You can use methods such as TT/PAYPAL. For small transactions below $1000, we prefer 100% advance payment. For larger transactions, we require a 80% deposit to be paid before shipment.
How can we pick up the goods from your factory?
You can choose air freight or sea freight. If the quantity is small (total packaging volume is less than 1 cubic meter), we recommend air freight, which takes approximately 5 to 7 days. If the quantity is large, we recommend sea freight. It takes approximately 20 to 30 days. If you have your own freight agent to handle the transportation, it will be more convenient. If not, we have professional freight agents who can provide assistance for you.
